石川 賢治Kenji Ishikawa
1945年福岡県生まれ。1967年日本大学芸術学部写真学科卒業。ライトパブリシティ入社。
1976年よりフリーランス・フォトグラファーとして活動を始め、CF・スチールを数多く手掛ける。1984年秋より月光写真に取り組み、初の写真集『月光浴』（1990年小学館）が一大センセーションを巻き起こす。
その後の写真集に『神の降りた夜／新月光浴』（1993年集英社）、『大月光浴』（1996年小学館）、『満月の花』（1998年小学館）、『月光の屋久島』（2000年新潮社）、『地球月光浴』（2001年新潮社）、『京都月光浴』（2003年新潮社）、『天地水月光浴』（2006年新潮社）、『宙の月光浴 』（2012年小学館）、最新刊は『月光浴 青い星』（2017年小学館）。
また初のDVD『月光浴 Moonlight Shower』（2006年カルチュア・パブリッシャーズ）を発表。展覧会も多数開催。
Kenji Ishikawa was born in Fukuoka City in 1945. He graduated from Nihon University College of Art, Department of Photography in '67 and joined Light Publicity. He began working as a freelance photographer in 1976, and worked on various CF and still life projects. In the autumn of 1984, he began working with moonlight photography and his first photo book, "Moonlight Blue –Gekkouyoku-" (Shogakukan, 1990), caused a sensation. He has released many photo books and DVD, including "Space of spirit –Sora no Gekkouyoku-" (Shogakukan) and "Blue Planet -Gekkouyoku Aoi Hoshi-" (Shogakukan). He has also held numerous exhibitions.
